The recently-completed Lane County Bilingual Directory of Services was produced and supported by the Migrant Education Program (MEP) of Lane ESD, City of Eugene Human Rights & Neighborhood Involvement, and the Integration Network for Immigrants of Lane County (IN). It provides families and individuals with information in Spanish and English about services available in Eugene, Springfield and Lane County.

Contents of the guide include information on topics such as: emergency services, housing, food, transportation, social services, health, civil and constitutional rights, legal services, employment, education, recreation and cultural services, and utility assistance. Indicated by each agency/program is whether or not they have staff who speak Spanish.

A limited number of printed directories have been made to support families with limited English and limited access to the internet and to organizations and service counters that may help support these families. If your organization or service counter is accessed by individuals who speak primarily Spanish, one of these guides may be helpful for your staff.

The guide can be accessed online at http://www.lesd.k12.or.us/…/documen…/directoryofservices.pdf.
